Reliable Relief Without Losing Continuity.
Before respite begins, the team reviews medications and health tasks, dietary needs, mobility and transfers, communication, personal care, behavior supports, emergency information, routines, transportation, and other individualized requirements. Respite is not a substitute for an unauthorized residential placement or emergency medical care.
