United Hands reviews the requested service, current authorizations, desired outcomes, support intensity, communication, mobility and transfers, medical and nursing needs, behavioral supports, dietary needs, staffing, transportation, environmental accessibility, emergency planning, preferred setting, and current capacity. Additional records are requested securely only when needed and authorized.
